Who is Bareface Brows by Helina?
Helina is a local Sunshine Coast girl, who is 25 years old and obsessed with eyebrows.
She started her brow journey at the age of 19 offering a mobile brow service from her car. Helina would work as full time pharmacy dispensary technician from 8:30am-6pm and then would drive as long as an hour to get to clients homes to work her brow magic, sometimes not getting home until after 10pm, then to open the pharmacy books, do some study, and then restock her brow kit too do it all again the next day. “ The hustle was real, but I knew I needed to build a clientele base somehow” says Helina.
Unfortunately in 2019 Helina's younger brother suffered from a brain aneurysm & minor stroke. Helina being 21 years old at the time was shown how short life can be, and how quickly anyone’s situation can change. This is when Helina knew it was time to start taking her passion for brows seriously because that’s what made her happy.
Helina has made a career out of redefining eyebrows on the Sunshine Coast. Recognising that the right eyebrow shape can transform an entire face. She employs the latest trends, tools and techniques to complement her clients individual style. She has gone on to grow her influence in the industry through the power of social media, and most importantly a strong & loyal client base. At the start of 2021 she made the decision to start working from her home located in Bli Bli, and now since then has taken the leap with now being located in a commercial space in Bli Bli.
When Helina was creating the vibe in her studio, her vision was to make the atmosphere feel as professional as possible, but also comfortable. Helina constantly says “I don’t look at my clients as ‘clients’ I get to meet a new friend every hour & do their brows” She likes to build a relationship with her clients and values you all as friends.
Helina will forever be thankful for all your support of allowing her to follow her passion and do what she loves.
